Barton comes back to win the national championship, down 7 with 45 seconds to play. The win ended Winona State’s 50+ game win streak, dating back to the ’05-’06 season

#VIDEOPOSTERID# I m only a 5’8 white guy and I can easily dunk on 11 foot rims. Anyone can certainly do it, just use the right workout. I personally followed the 1 at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any workout is good if they work that is… lol

Lol i live in winona and most people consider Winona State a crapper college for kids who almost dropped out of Winona high school or WInona Cotter.

hi skiier04, I m trying to expand my jumping ability by doing the workout routine over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | – and thus far gained past 8-10 inches thus far but I am only a a little off from dunking the ball It’s only my 2nd week thus far, any advices?

son, unimagineable move. skiier04 I specifically like the beginning =) Can you imagine that I finally worked hard enough to begin dunking! I just followed the the nba training routine over at 50inch vertical[dot]com and did it in just 6 weeks

skiier04, is 5 6, white and can dunk easily. Wtf you mean white guys can t jump? It s (just|simply|all)# about the training people do to get their jump to be high enough to dunk. For me, I personally used the training program over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com |

it was a one in one situation. Barton wasn’t over the foul limit yet to give Winona a 2 shot free throw
I WAS THERE! i wasnt really rooting for either team so i just went crazy at the end, it was shocking. i was sitting right behind some winona students lol

@effgeedoubleyou it was a 1 and 1 situation…if he makes the first free throw he gets another chance, but if he misses then both teams get a chance to rebound
bcause the other team had between 7 and 10 fouls as a team in the half which means if they foul the other team they get a 1 in 1 oppurtunity. if he had made it he would have gotten another one. if that makes any sense to you.. probly a bad explanation tho sorry

When you put the other team into the bonus situation and then foul them, they get a 1 and 1 instead of 2. To get the second shot, they have to get the first.
