Ok, the answer that I could only give you is to your question, “How much” because your “How long…” question has really no definite answer for it all depends on the road or the traffic that you will encounter in your trip. On the private car hire, it depends on what car. If it’s just a sedan, the first 3 hours will be 1K else if it is a Van, it’s 1,300k for the first three hours. same as kazz’s answer…just a bit more details on the duration…
if you travel during peak hours, lapu2x city, mandaue city and cebu city traffic will delay you for about 1 hour, so it will take you about 2.5 to 3 hours from the airport to toledo…
off peak hours will take you about 2 hours…
if your driver is schumacher (which you will find a lot of here in cebu…) then 1.5 hours, that is probably the best record from airport to toledo…
as for the cost, if it exceeds 1,500 for a private car, then you are being ripped-off…
